The Pinnacles Campground is located on the east side of the park. To make reservations, visit www.recreation.gov.  Pinnacles Campground hosts 134 campsites, all which include a fire ring and a picnic table. Other amenities include: flushable toilets, hot showers, a pool, WiFi, and a well-stocked camp store.

Tent Campsites: Pitch your tent, shaded under mature oak trees and enjoy a few days in the serenity of Pinnacles National Park.

RV Sites: Park your RV with 30 amp electrical hookups and easy access to water..

Group Camping Sites: Perfect for a group of friends, Scout troops and school groups with up to 20 people per site with multiple adjacent sites available.

Campsite Rules:

  • Check in starts at 1pm, checkout is by 11am. 

  • Six people max per tent/RV site. 20 people max per group site. 

  • Two vehicles max per site. You must park in designated areas. Extra cars can park in the day use lot. 

  • Do not walk through other campsites, stay on designated trails and stay out of the creek area and closed sites. 

  • Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 am.

  • Use of generators is prohibited at all times.

  • Please limit artificial light so others can enjoy the night sky. 

  • Camping is permitted only in designated sites. 

  • Wheeled vehicles and bicycles must stay on pavement. All wastewater will be carried to toilets for disposal. 

  • Washing dishes or clothing or brushing teeth outside campground spigots is prohibited. 

  • Pets are only permitted in campsites, parking lots, paved roads, and picnic areas but not on any hiking trails.

  • Campfires are allowed only in established fire grates as fire indexes allow. Fires must not be left unattended and MUST BE DEAD OUT before leaving. No wood gathering is allowed. For more information on current fire restictions please visit https://www.nps.gov/pinn/planyourvisit/conditions.htm.

  • In case of emergency, call 911 from the phone outside of the store.
